A 16-year-old girl's body was exhumed fifty-two days after her burial in Aligarh. Suspicious circumstances surrounding her death prompted the district administration to order a fresh investigation. A local resident alleged hearing screams and later learned of the girl's sudden death. Following his complaint and death threat claims, authorities ordered the exhumation for examination.
