Moderate tremor of magnitude 4.2 just reported 64 km south of Punta de Burica, Panama

The United States Geological Survey reported a magnitude 4.2 quake in Panama near Punta de Burica, Provincia de Chiriqui, only 23 minutes ago. The earthquake hit early morning on Saturday, May 7th, 2022, at 3:10 am local time at a shallow depth of 10 km. The exact magnitude, epicenter, and depth of the quake might be revised within the next few hours or minutes as seismologists review data and refine their calculations, or as other agencies issue their report.
A second report was later issued by the citizen-seismograph network of RaspberryShake, which listed it as a magnitude 4.2 earthquake as well. A third agency, the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC), reported the same quake at magnitude 4.2.
