Just 12 minutes ago, a 4.4-magnitude earthquake struck near Barranca, Datem del Marañón, Loreto, Peru. The tremor was recorded early morning on Wednesday, August 10th, 2022, at 6:24 am local time, at an intermediate depth of 107 km below the surface.
The event was filed by the Institute of Geophysics of the National Polytechnic School in Quito (IGEPN), the first seismological agency to report it.
