Just 15 minutes ago, a 4.1-magnitude earthquake struck near Valparaiso, Provincia de Valparaíso, Region de Valparaiso, Chile. The tremor was recorded early morning on Sunday, February 5th, 2023, at 2:08 am local time, at a shallow depth of 15 km below the surface.
The event was filed by the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC), the first seismological agency to report it.
