The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issued a

* Tornado Watch for portions of
Extreme northeast Florida
Southeast Georgia
Coastal Waters

* Effective this Wednesday afternoon and evening from 420 PM
until 1000 PM EDT.

* Primary threats include...
A couple tornadoes possible
Scattered damaging wind gusts to 70 mph likely
Scattered large hail events to 1.5 inches in diameter possible

SUMMARY...Clusters of supercells are expected to spread eastward
into southeast Georgia through the evening with the attendant
threats for a couple of tornadoes, damaging gusts, and occasional
large hail.

The tornado watch area is approximately along and 45 statute miles
north and south of a line from 40 miles north of Valdosta GA to 30
miles northeast of Brunswick GA. For a complete depiction of the

tornadoes and severe thunderstorms in and close to the watch
