umm..can any body help me out how i can align my 2.1m dish to asiasat2...and whats the 5 degree thing next to the possition 155 or 100...how many cm up do i have to face and thank u it will b so much preciated if u can help me

do u mean the elevation of the dish if so the pic shows it at about 23degrees

best way i reckon is get the tv and ur reciever out side and watch the signal and quality levels til u pikc up sumthin enter a frequency in ur box first then start roaming the sky with ur dish in a westerly position <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/default/grin.gif" /> <br /><br />BTW im moving this into the FTA forum as this is in the UBI forum <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="images/icons/default/wink.gif" /><br /> <br /> <small>[ 17. Honestly I use a BUNNINGS angle dangle meter, this can only be used for a prime focus dish.<br />Find your elevation for Asiasat 2 from Lyngsat say for Sydney set your dish to it correctly and all you have to worry about is the azimith (left and right).

sookeye I give you one tip<br />LNB position is defferent then pas8 lnb position. You must playaround with LNB to get the good signal on AsiaSat 3

the lnb LO freq is the same for every satellite its 5150 doesnt change for each satellite its always the same 5150

disable the DiseqC.If you bring the tv next to antenna you will find the frequans.To get better frequans,when you spot the sat playaround with LNB.<br />AsiaSat3S 3706 V 6000 LNB freq 5150<br />frequans is strong here .Put this frequans on your receiver and try to moove your dish.
