...IRWIN BECOMES A POST-TROPICAL CYCLONE... ...THIS IS THE LAST NHC ADVISORY... As of 11:00 AM HST Tue Aug 29 the center of Irwin was located near 19.1, -130.3 with movement W at 17 mph.
