...NEW TROPICAL DEPRESSION FORMS OVER THE CENTRAL PORTION OF THE EAST PACIFIC... As of 8:00 AM PDT Tue Sep 19 the center of Thirteen-E was located near 15.0, -119.0 with movement WNW at 13 mph.
