It's interesting they spread Russian channels all over the space. They are on three sattelites now. NTV America is in Horizon packet and in the same time On B3. Channel One is claimed to be in My TV Plus packet and now it is also on PAS8 (thanks for good news Lazer <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/default/smile.gif" /> )<br />RTR in Horizon packet and on B3. <br />If things will go this way, soon every Russian will be able to pick his own satellite <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="images/icons/default/wink.gif" /> .<br /> <br /> <small>[ 12. Do you think it is Horizon brought it on PAS8?<br />But anyway for me choice of channels is much better on Horizon.

See you need Competition, Horizon V My tvplus, which is Tv plus So what we need now is more Competition for Tv plus and its Balkans channels by allowing UBI a parallel service ( Fat chance of Tv plus liking that)

Reminds me that bit from The Matrix where Morpheus said:<br /><br />"Do you think this is air you're breathing?..."<br /><br />Competition is all good, but not when half of the channels you want owned by one company and the other by another.

I have called Horizon, and they confirmed that Channel One Russia is not theirs. And Channel One Russia website says that TVPLUS has exclusive rights for CH1. If TVPLUS has uplinked that channel then its a very smart marketing move, if its anyone else than it will not be there for long.

It's look like poor Kiwis even further from civilization than us. At least we are paing $60 for 4 channels not $53 for 2. <br />But site looks more Russian than Horizon's.
