President Emmanuel Macron has expressed concern that the agendas of the far-right and far-left in France's upcoming legislative elections could incite civil war. He criticized the far-right National Rally's approach to crime and insecurity for targeting people based on religion or origin, which he believes could lead to division and conflict. Similarly, he accused the far-left France Unbowed of promoting sectarian politics that could provoke hostility. Source: Macron warns of 'civil war' if opposition wins France polls
