An earthquake of magnitude 3.7 occurred only 9 minutes ago 40 km northeast of Limoges, France, the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC) reported.
The quake hit at a very shallow depth of 5 km beneath the epicenter near Limoges, Haute-Vienne, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, France, early morning on Saturday, August 10th, 2024, at 5:39 am local time. The exact magnitude, epicenter, and depth of the quake might be revised within the next few hours or minutes as seismologists review data and refine their calculations, or as other agencies issue their report.
