IndiGo Airlines has apologised for the discomfort experienced by passengers on its Delhi-Varanasi flight due to a malfunctioning air conditioning system. The extreme heat inside the cabin led several passengers to faint. IndiGo attributed the issue to cabin temperature fluctuations and assured that their crew promptly assisted affected passengers. A similar incident occurred in June 2024. Source: AC malfunctions on Delhi-Varanasi flight; Indigo issues apology
