An earthquake of magnitude 4.4 occurred only 2 minutes ago 24 miles north of Santa Rosa, California, United States, the United States Geological Survey reported.
The quake hit at a very shallow depth of 5.6 miles beneath the epicenter near Santa Rosa, Sonoma County, California, USA, in the morning on Saturday, September 7th, 2024, at 7:30 am local time. The exact magnitude, epicenter, and depth of the quake might be revised within the next few hours or minutes as seismologists review data and refine their calculations, or as other agencies issue their report.
