An 82-year-old woman fell at Delhi airport after a pre-booked wheelchair was not provided by Air India. Despite repeated requests, no assistance was available, leading to her collapse. She received no initial first aid and is now in the ICU with potential brain bleeds. The family has complained to the DGCA and Air India.
