Punjab Kings captain Shreyas Iyer chose to field after winning the toss against Lucknow Super Giants in Lucknow. Fast bowler Lockie Ferguson made his debut for Punjab Kings. Rishabh Pant retained the same XI from their previous match. Lucknow holds a 3-1 head-to-head advantage over Punjab.
