Small 3.7 quake hits near San Miguel de Tucuman, Departamento de Capital, Tucuman Province, Argentina

A shallow magnitude 3.7 earthquake was reported early morning near San Miguel de Tucuman, Departamento de Capital, Tucuman Province, Argentina.
According to the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC), the quake hit on Thursday, July 3rd, 2025, at 1:17 am local time at a shallow depth of 10. km. Shallow earthquakes are felt more strongly than deeper ones as they are closer to the surface.
