An earthquake of magnitude 4.5 occurred after midnight on Sunday, March 1st, 2026, at 12:15 am local time near Tahuna, Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe, Sulawesi Utara, Indonesia, as reported by the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS).
