The image reminds me of photos of interdimensional craft and beings others have shared with me in the past. I see it as the head, profile, of a being looking up to the right, sitting on something with a high back, or wearing some accoutrement perhaps.
It is amazing that it just turned up in your uploaded files. I have heard of this happening before to people - as a message from unseen helpers.

I see a gnome...but rather sinister looking. I see a double image of him and in fact, I see more than one image of a face coming from three different points in the pic.
Three directional face profiles is indicative to me of an interdimensional being. Sinister-looking gnome sounds like a description of the various entities I experience. Not that I think they are at all malevolent. That's just how their appearance has been popularly interpreted. They are as if little pieces of a larger "father" entity.
