For the central North Pacific...between 140W and 180W:

Active Systems:
The National Hurricane Center has issued the last advisory on
Post-Tropical Cyclone Douglas, located well west-southwest of the
southern tip of the Baja California Peninsula.

Western East Pacific:
A tropical wave is forecast to move westward across the central
portion of the East Pacific through the weekend. By the early or
middle part of next week, environmental conditions could support
some gradual development of this system while it moves generally
westward at 10 to 15 mph across the western portion of the East
Pacific.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...near 0 percent.
* Formation chance through 7 days...low...20 percent.
