Bihar's Jhandu Kumar won India's first para powerlifting medal at the 2026 Commonwealth Games, claiming bronze in Glasgow after years of struggle. A former e-rickshaw driver who overcame financial hardship and polio, he lifted 190kg to reach the podium.
