No changes were made to the existing forecast as it remains on track
as previously described. Surface observations are indicating
isolated easterly winds of 15-20 mph with gusts near 30 mph amid
lowering RHs in the mid-20% range as of this writing.

...Synopsis...
A modest surface high in the southern Great Basin will combine with
a surface trough along much of the California coast to produce a
weak offshore flow regime today. Above normal temperatures will
promote 15-20% RH. Winds of 15-20 mph are possible with stronger
gusts within terrain-favored zones. Elevated fire weather is
expected in portions of southern California, primarily away from the
immediate coast and into the terrain/foothills.
