make sure the transponder setttings are correct, then press force remote update, after a few seconds should say loading nit other.... and then it scans after it scans it will take you back to the transponder settings, you have to exit that, then flick the channels and then it should be fine ..

Well thats good
To fix that problem you have to force remote update and it should work.
I have the same problem with my box.
I must force remote update, if you map the channels it will say not authorised from 1-9

If the force remote update doesent work, there is nothing you can do.

Look, if you had world Media channels I dont know why you cant get them again.
Anyway in a few weeks WMI will start subscribing people, (you need to buy a new box from them) you get LBC Future ART Movies/variety, MBC and Telemuire, Aljazeera or

you can subscribe to UBI NOW and get the channels, same as TARBS had but you need to change the possition of the dish,
You will get all the arabic channels tarbs had except Future TV and a few egyptian channels, plus they have added some new ones.

Good luck! Its just a matter of waiting, I dont think there is anything you can do with the box.

I had the arabic channels because the box was setting by tarbs technician and there were 50 channels. when the tarbs became off the air all the channels were black screen until I get arabic channels automaticlly where the italian channels were. when I tried to have more channels everthing is gone inclucing tarbs configuration and I can't have again tarbs configuration because there is no network now.
