Rajinikanth's much-anticipated action flick, 'Jailer 2', starring Mohanlal and Vidya Balan, garnered massive success at the box office, raking in over Rs 200 crore within just 48 hours of its release. The film enjoyed robust performances both domestically and internationally, particularly in its Tamil version. Although there was a slight dip in earnings on the second day, audience turnout remained vibrant. Critics and viewers have delivered mixed reviews overall.
