When U>B>I buys the card from OLISAT which is IRDETO 2 they will be able to watch TV CHILE again and the mean time seat tight and relax....this channel still on hotbird 1 Europe.

There is a rumor going around within the latin-american community....someone was told to buy a smart card directly from Olisat and expect to get the 7 spanish channels in australia, these channels are on Eutelsat Hotbird 13 E.....I assume the smart card will come with a retractable 500km pole in order to get this bird in Oz......<br /><br />Also they are saying that it will only be a once off $200 fee to get the channels FTA......<br /><br />I dont understand how come people can fall for such bull crap!!!!!!<br /> <br /> <small>[ 14. megb68 the only way the chilean community can get TVN back is to wait about the outcome between U>B>I and parties involved also as I said to you by June next year OLISAT will try those channels in Australia..And please tell the community to email them to the email address that you have..<br /><br />Regards Tracesat

U.B.I having serious difficulties in meeting the demands from the other parties involve in the bussiness they are looking for other alternatives like other satellite..To bring spanish channels to Australia..

Also I have a real good connection in the High level inside of TVN and he said last night that U.B.I having serious difficulties in meeting the demands from the Television Nacional de Chile TVN. Due to old past with TARBS which for them is the same company and they want more securities of financial capabilities, they don’t want other fiasco that could be to TVN.<br /><br />As well TVN are upset on the fees that UBI want to charge to the Chilean community $59.95. Due the TVN only wants $1.75 per each subscriber; we will see in the next 48 hours a final result with UBI. If all negotiations are not reach in an agreement. TVN will star talking with FOXTEL for the marketing of his international signal in Australia.
