School of Fish = Shark
I can't remember where I came across this pic, but noticing it in my image library at a small size, it was suddenly apparent that the school of yellow fish on the left, seen as a whole, make up the outline of a shark! With it's mouth open and teeth showing.

Thanks jhoncena! I also think it is a really awesome photo. If it is contrived, it's done very cleverly. Otherwise, it is miraculous. I found it whilst searching for shark pics one day.

I totally thought I posted a reply to this already, but I guess I'm just senile!
Ba da da da da...I'm lovin it (too)! As they say in the McDonalds commercial - Thanx jhoncena, now that little ditty will be creepin around in my head for the next couple of days! LOL!
I think you found purposful art Alisa, it looks set up to me,& brilliantly I might add! I don't think those fish would have been able to come w/in that distance of the shark w/out getting chomped on. At least not by portraying themselves as something big enough for him to attack. But great picture though either way. Then again I could be totally wrong, but it's just my opinion.
However, There have been a couple of instances in our animal kingdom that have been completely real & blown me away, & I guess this could very will be one of those too, but I would lean on the side of just beautiful art. But really creative!!!

Thanks for the feedback, Jaime. Purposeful Art. I like those words. But I do like thinking the photo is real, though it would be quite synchronistic if it was. And searching for this image again I found another one that really does look contrived to me, I don't think it is trying to be anything but "staged", and with the same subject matter -- a school of fish shaped as a shark (added it as pic #2). So maybe the first one is also manipulated.

I love both of those pics! Minipulated or not, beautiful. And both pics remind me of the peace that is to be represented by such a predator being so close to prey without attacking it. Kinda like when the lamb rests at the lion's side to represent the peace in the world.
Just beautiful though, really.
