Little Man bringer of hope
The first of May a disastrous flood hit the mid-southern USA. My sister and bil lost almost everything except the shell of their house, a few personal items and some clothing. It was heartbreaking. My husband and I went to help them with rebuilding their home. The neighborhood was a mess of weeds and grass growing unfettered around mounds of debris both of underbrush and ruined furniture and possessions. The darkened windows of empty silent neighbors homes made for an ominous feel of a ghost town in a lot of respects. I looked across their backyard towards the creek where the flood waters originated and was wondering how long it would take for the land & area to be normal again. And that’s when I saw a little man standing next to a tree. It was an instant ‘Wow’ moment. An ‘enchanted nature folk feeling’ touched my heart and brought a smile to my face. Seeing him was like a confirmation that everything was going to be alright. I got my camera and clicked off some pictures of it. I pointed him out to my sister, who agreed and was amazed at the little man. We both thought it was so cool. I know he was just a pile of debris, but it meant more to me. He was like a reminder that we’re not alone, and other forces were working with us… or maybe it was my heart looking for something positive in a the wake of devastation from the flood. He inspired thoughts of hope and wonder about the flora and fauna of nature trying to re-adjust, survive and flourish once again along side the humans trying to rebuild their lives as well. To me, in the close-up He looks sort of like he’s wearing a cloak of leaves and a cowboy hat and is looking down. I look forward to any thoughts or questions you may share with me.

OMGosh this is an awesome photo, Dawn! I saw it just as I later read you described it. Wearing a hat. A personal interpretation from me is that it is the father energy working to bring back structure to the chaos that came through. Anyway, I just love this photo! It's precious and hopeful. Thank you for sharing it!

I'm so glad you could see the little man's cowboy hat. I enjoy the amazing clarity of this little guy and him being so recognizable to me on sight. Oh cool, I like your interpretation. I have never thought of a father energy in that respect. I think perhaps your on to something with that. Thanks so much. You always give me more food for thought. I really enjoy a new entree in the feast of thinking.
