I see so much stuff in this (literally and symbolically), but it's difficult to highlight (and I'm out of steam). Of note, it appears the man is holding a gun (in his right arm). It also looks like an arm of another entity is coming in (from lower left corner of image) to put the gun in his hand or hold it with him.
