In addition to calling what I do here "photographing Spirit", I think a key component is really the scrying. It's what I see when I look beyond what is there. Sometimes what I see is symbolic, other times can be quite literal. But it is always a message to me and a reflection of the greater reality I seek.

The cross in this photo is actually the top new growth of a tree in the distance, but still, it speaks to me as a cross (and the "new growth" is not lost on me either). In this photo the vampire is peaking around the corner, smiling at me, with a heart shape on his forehead (if you can make it out ). The heart is often tucked into what I scry, as is sometimes a rose, especially when it comes to masculine energy (the father) and the vampire.

To me the cross symbolizes transformation. And the vampire symbolizes conscious immortality.

You have an interesting outlook on vampires. I figure you're right about their symbolization meaning for you is Immortality. I like that. (As opposed to dwelling only on the negative aspects that have been attributed to them.)
