Phil,<br /><br />I couldn't be bothered. However, Apsattv has very knowledgeable input into this forum. And he provides a nice balance on this pro UBI site.<br /><br />BTW, I believe this voting system is flawed as some people have multiple user names and as such can vote on numerous occasions. This makes this vote as undemocratic and flawed. I propose that all voters be revealed to prove that certain individuals only voted once.
