Apsattv, thank you for applying some well needed common sense. The media release from Cyprus Sat states that the channel is to be distributed around Australia FTA on behalf of The Cypriot Government, and whoever wins this contract, whether it is UBI or another company, the service will be provided for a descent and fair profit to the winning tender. If UBI do not want the channel, then they can withdraw from the negotiations right now. From what I know, I do not think the Cypriots care as thay are negotiating with others as well.<br /><br />The Cyprus Government is willing to pay for costs + profit for this to happen. And it will happen, whether it is with UBI, Globecast (my preferred option), or Select.
