So I was right..<br /><br />"I think some of the problem is the source signals is Globecast WORLD TV service in the U.S which looks to be more low bitrate stuff and ntsc so not that hot to start with. Some of it may have gone Pal to NTSC then back to Pal again.. "<br /><br /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/default/smile.gif" />
