I know it's easy to do it, but I just can't accept the poor service. A while ago, I asked them if they would tell us when the service would be encrypted. They said yes. However, they didn't. We woke up in the morning and there was nothing except the stupid promo! I try to call them, and their numbers are engaged!!<br /><br />Any way.
