yeh well not sure what u can do about it but i would give them a call and tell them u want to be reimbursed for a full service that u payed for not a quater service and u want to be compensated for it <br /><br />if they dnt help u out in any way maybe a call to the department of fair trading might give them a kick in the back side <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="images/icons/default/wink.gif" /><br /> <br /> <small>[ 19.
