A few people seem to have an issue with the format of the TLE lists that are being sent via e-mail. It seems to be isolated to Microsoft's Outlook program. Outlook is set, by default, to remove extra line breaks in plain text messages.

This has to be disabled.

This should fix the issue. I have used Outlook 2003 to test. There are a few other e-mail applications that have almost the same line break settings, but only a few. Most e-mail applications like Thunderbird, Eudora and Opera, will automatically convert the unix codes and show them properly.

If you are experiencing the opposite, where there are extra line breaks causing blank lines, you may have to do the reverse of the above.
