yeah i think night_flight you are along the lines of what i am thinking...like half OBN local content and half content of some other channel would be good..but i dont think that will happen anytime soon or at all  That could work, but it means OBN and who ever else will need to get together and organise it. UBI can't be holding every channels hand along the way, they're going to need to do things on their own. I personally don't see this happening just yet, if OBN was in some sort of network of channels then it might, but I think the politics of creating a sat channel would be too much for some.
