D-Spor is like Fox Sports Australia - meaning that if UBI did air D-Spor in Australia the channel will mostly be in black due to D-Spor not having the broadcasting rights to air most of the sport shown in Turkey to be shown in Australia. It would be like SelecTV airing Sky Sports from the UK - Foxtel would have a field day suing SelecTV.
These are the reasons why you will not see D-Spor in Australia. I don't think UBI have free time to research any further since they already know the answer, at the moment time is currently being spent on launching new channels shortly.
