As far as the court case goes BHT will have to provide some strong evidence how Tv plus has broken the contract (I assume not paying BHT a cent ONLY IF THAT TERM WAS IN THE CONTRACT) as far as the distribution time of the signal I think BHT couldn't care less when indeed it ll be or should I say was meant to be distributed, just consider the sentence "we dont have enough material to create sat verrsion"...they don't care less for the satellite version....well sorry when UBI starts opening the bag then maybe..thats my 5 cent to this story


I didt see anywere that they said they dont have enough material to me it says they dont have money to create another channel as to have another channel a seperate team of people is needed of a few people plus more infrastructure to create, edit and beam that signal this is where the money problems stand from were im sitting

At the end of the day BHT are the rights holders to BHT if they see fit that TV Plus were not fulfilling the contract so be it TV Plus didt broadcast BHT for over a year until UBI started broadcasting it when the contract was VOID And INVALID and then TV Plus decided lets go buy a pirate card ( since BHT dont authorise us to broadcast BHT anymore and the contract is invalid and VOID ) and pirate the signal to Australia and not pay BHT one red cent ever since the start

You say that BN and NTV have sat channels so why not BHT maybe cause BHT funding is alot less since NTV And BN are commercial networks they would have alot more money to play with in my opinion

Anyway TV Plus keep pirating that signal with the 8-16 hour delay on it everyone can see now that you are in the wroung specially with one of the BHT directors saying you are pirating the signal so keep up with it the longer you do it the worse it is for your case wink
