The night visions that you see are apparitions of various natures. The (twisting lights) are turbulence caused by their movements and distinctions. Interdimensionality perceived. It is a phantom that you see. Not the real thing. But it is an adequate depiction. It is a reminder to be aware to look and to seek. It is a source of interest and evaluation. YES! A resounding YES to that quote! That totally resonates with my findings and research also. I did have a look at your photos, did a bit of enhancement and my interpretation would be that what you have captured are nature spirits.
