Had an interesting discussion with the UBI office today. I joined UBI earlier in the year and put an old lady friend of mine as the recipient of the one month free subscription. I met her the other day and asked her if she received the month free subscription. She informed me that she didn't. Rang UBI and some "clown" on the phone informed me that they couldn�t find her on the records and as I did not get back in a week with her details they can no longer give her the rebate. Is this correct? I read the contract and cannot see anywhere any reference to time to nominate a friend. Maybe Liski can enlighten me. What a rip-off
