Sorry if I insulted your customer service rep. but he was not helpful and rude. In regards to the RAF ID number on the day of the installation I gave the telephone operator the name and address of the person I wanted to benefit from the free month. I had no idea that I had to also supply the customer ID number. I have checked through the contract that I signed and there is no reference to times and or ID numbers. I thought I could help this old lady friend of mine but it looks like she will miss out. Don’t worry I will give her the money out of my pocket. Another black mark against UBI.
