Just say as an example that in all sorts of trials the jury get it wrong 1 in 50 where an appeal steps in to correct the injustice and finds the person has his or her conviction overturned

Just say as an example that in Child Sex trials the jury get it wrong 18 in 50 where an appeal steps in to correct the injustice and finds the person has his or her conviction overturned.
Now what do you think is wrong with the system

Also Just say in all types of trials the accused has a 30 % chance of getting off on a appeal.

Also just say that in Child Sex cases the amount of appeals are a lot higher than the above and more are getting off. Now tell me why?
