The complete system of interviewing Children has to be thrown out! You can ask the highest profile Lawyers in QLD and they will tell you the same. "Quote" Barristers love using these wank words , the case is weak! I will make it go away! and the best of all for the above is "The Pendulum has swung too much in favor of the child". Trust me I know what I'm talking about here.
