[quote=LovingMyKids] I'm pleased to know this and was wondering how come your children were allowed near the court room? A No no here in Qld so having the kids just outside the court room could've possibly put the CSO off from lying any further as she might have done if the kids were no where near the scene...
Yes it is fantastic, I am still under investigation, but im not to concerned about that, as I have done nothing wrong, and she does know im recording every conversation we have. We got in an heated argument before court where she told me QUOTE - It is your fault your ex abused the children, I therefore called her a bitch for saying that and told her she was going down for what she said, as I have this conversation recorded. I have 4 children and three were advised to come in with me. They were appointed a lovely lawyer straight away, he was fantastic too might i add, My eldest daughter, who was not required, they made a fuss about her being in court, but i said yes she is, and they let her.
It may have had something to do with their age, that they were told to come in, or could be South Australia's way. I was under the impression if they were to take my youngest 12, that they were taking her straight after the hearing, but that didnt happen.
I was a bit funny at first about my lawyer, as she was going to ask for an adjournment for 7 days, meaning I would have lost my daughter for the seven days. But the childrens lawyer said no they want to be with me. My lawyer was great too in court, and all i could do was watch the DOCS worker shake her body with anger and shake her head.... SWEET JUSTICE.... But its not over yet either as I still have 42 days of investigation, they also want me to see a psychiatrist, which i will do without any problems.
I have recorded every conversation with the Docs worker, I know that it wont hold in court, I have typed my recordings out too, so I have it written if needed too, and I have on a few occasions told the doc worker that she has told me something different in the past, the opposite to what she is saying, as she knows im recording everything.
I am also during this investigation requesting legally for another case worker, as she is a total bitch, and everyone professional I have dealt with has told me this too. Said I was unlucky and have a bad nut there. My family has close contact with a Detective in the Child Protection Unit, and she has even warned me about her. Hopefully if she puts too many false reports in, she may lose her job.....My wish at the end of the day...
