Terms and conditions are NO accounts are deleted what so ever! Users are only banned for breaking rules or for having non functional email addresses as per terms and conditions of registering and accepting.
Likewise all posts and content and author information are kept and once a post is made becomes public property under California state statute.
Just remember i'm a bit more than just a user but I can see for you I'm just a user.

Anyhow I'm not going to bark more otherwise you will turn this into a <edited> affair but its your forum and Like I said you can do what you want with it. I have had my say so lets leave it like this.
