Some thing that I forgot to add to my original post is the definition of EVP and the definitions of the classes. They Follow as stated.

EVP - Electronic Voice Phenomena

Class C - The class C EVP is the most common type captured. It is very faint, almost whispery even. Class C EVPs almost always require headphones for listening and are very difficult if not impossible to interpret. Most class C's are noises as opposed to words and sentences.

Class B - Class B's are a little different. Class B EVPs are more audible. They may require headphones, but most do not. You will be able to hear at least a few words out of a sentence in a class B EVP.

Class A - The class A EVP is by far the rarest to collect. Class A's are very clear and do not require headphones at all to be heard. Full senetences and phrases can be heard without alteration by way of any editor or other software. Class A EVPs are very difficult to come by but not impossible.

I suggest using studio type headphones, or at least headphones that cover your whole ear rather than HP inserts that fit into your ear. Just a personal preferrence. Choose what feels best for you.

Also something that I forgot to add is, that smudging the room after each session is a good idea too. This is a preventitive measure to prevent any lingering energy from taking up residence in your house. I like to perfprm a light smudging before the session, a more thorough smudging after the session. And don't forget the corners of the room, as our little friends think that we are oblivious to them & seem to hide out there.

Thank you Flux, for helping me to remember some things that I forgot to add to the original post.
