Actually Fluxy, I have a theory that the reason places like Cowra do indeed have more pure spirit energy is because of the lack of concrete & steel blocking the earth's natural vibration and frequencies that would allow us tap into spirit on a more direct level.

What I mean is, that our highly populated cities & metropolis areas are the reason that we don't normally experience spirit as we naturally would if rather, in a place like Cowra. All of our man made obstructions do exactly that - obstruct! Which is concurrant w/what you said above,in that we might be disturbing the natural spiritual energy flow. You are exactly right! Not only do the buildings & concrete block the natural spiritual energy flow, but also our more 'high tech' contraptions like remote controls, cell phones, computers etc. They all prohibit us from hearing, feeliing, seeing, & experience spirit on a more direct level.

In a way the very tools we use to detect spirit, can also be a hinderance of sorts, blocking us from experiencing spirit on a more direct and accessible level. Which I believe w/ the evolving consciousness that is taking place today in our age & society, if coupled w/ an untouched or untainted land/earth, we would be able to see & experience things w/the naked eye on a level unphathomable.

It makes me think back to when, upon reaching a certian age a young indian boy would be sent deep into the land on his 'Vision Quest' to seek spirit. Well there are a few more aspects to consider, like the use of peyote & fasting during the quest, but mostly what I think attributed their 'visions'is being in dense parts of the earth, where the energy is not so filled w/ human consciousness, but the conscicousness of the earth , the universe & the spirit energy that fills it freely - unobstructed - even by human thought. It's something to think about isn't it?
