My  In my perception, it seems that for years Jackson was disparaged in the media due to his eccentricities, plastic surgeries, and the accusations of paedophilia. He was dubbed Wacko Jacko after all. And whilst he had his ever loyal following, it seemed the majority of the public were not rushing to his defence. But now that he is dead, he is practically deified and far more people are rushing to proclaim love for him and buy his music. It seems hypocritical. Is it?
