No doubt about it Phil you are a thinker only you would have thought out something like this Yes I would encourage anyone over the what Managers say the "USE BY DATE" to do this and ask Government Departments for answers. <br />I have been told that Centrelink do force People to do some of their courses and intimidate you with blackmail, if you don't do this this is what will happen!!!!, but the funny thing is do they ever mention anything about what really goes on when you say you have applied for over 100 positions. There answer is Your Resume is too old,,,,WRONG,,,,,your interviewing techniques are not correct,,,WRONG, you are not up with the skills and technology,,,,WRONG, they always put the blame on you, you are the problem and when you tell them that you could be discriminated against for age they only hum and hah, it only happens a little sir. Good on you Phil, I will personally hand this on myself to pass to others.
