Spirals have been popping up for me ever since I became interested in spirit (anyone else get spirals?)

I have recently been visualizing myself as surrounded by a misty spiral reminiscent of the Milky Way. The swirling is counter-clockwise (or anti-clockwise). I don't know if this is because I am in the southern hemisphere or what. The visualizations stemmed from the suggestion of imagining a cloud surrounding myself in the St. Germain book. Also at the same time I had the "Yogi" nights in California, when I closed my eyes while lying down, I began to feel myself very slowly spinning (like a wheel) in a counter-clockwise motion. (And I wasn't drunk, BTW chuckle ).
