Thanks for sharing about your fear of interacting with aliens. I think there are several reasons why they elicit fear - the negative stuff created around them, as you mentioned, their foreignness (or seeming insectile), their intelligence (how an animal fears a human), etc.

But like anything that seems fearful, it's all the more reason to overcome the fear by trying to initiate feelings of love and understanding toward them. This is of course based on my belief that all things are good. And as I often mention, I have not met anything that is "bad", only things that are initially misunderstood.

I overcame my fear (to the degree I have attained ) by willing myself to open my heart to them, and by imagining as vividly as possible, scenarios in which they approach me.
